Site Assessment
Classic Homes will conduct a thorough study of the topography and geographic location of your lot to ensure the best fit for your floorplan. This assessment allows us to identify any mitigation needs such as drainage solutions or site preparation, ensuring that your home is optimally situated and built to withstand the unique challenges of your property.
Enter into a Purchase Agreement
After selecting your floorplan, completing the site assessment, and understanding the starting price to build your new home, the next step is to enter into a purchase agreement with Classic Homes. This formal agreement outlines the terms and conditions of the build, including project timelines, payment schedules, and any specific customizations you may wish to include. By finalizing this agreement, you secure your place in our construction schedule and take significant step toward making your dream home a reality.
Plan and Personalize
Once you've selected your floorplan and agreed to Classic's "Build on Your Land" terms and conditions, our team of experts will work with you to select architectural options and design finishes from our library of available choices. You'll have the opportunity to choose from a variety of finishes, fixtures, and upgrades to make your home uniquely yours. Upon completion of this step, your architectural and design selections will be added to your contract.
