Hayden was an absolute pleasure to work with. We didn’t know which Classic product we wanted. We started with a paired home then considered a stand alone home and through the experience Hayden listened to our needs, showed us multiple homes and helped us find what was right for us. From the moment we stepped on the Foot Hills Farm home site in Colorado Springs; we knew we found the perfect area and home to live in. Our first visit we were in love! The 220 model was exactly what were looking for after moving from a huge single resident home in Illinois. We wanted to downsize and boy are we glad we did. The 220 model is minimal but perfect to fit our needs. Cara, Julie, Theresa (the girlfriends at the sales office) were friendly, knowledgeable. They took a lot of time in helping us understand our options and what to expect during the home building process. Each week we received an email with pictures of our home from the foundation to the completion of the entire home build. The first meeting with all home buyers is impressive. Everyone is presented with a complemental dinner along with a little goody lunch bag filled with pens, pads, two biggie cups. The Mortgage reps, Home Builders Owners , Engineers and Sales reps etc are all there to present their role in the build process. This was very informative as we had never gone through an experience like this with any other home builders. Thank you Classic, PenTrust and all of those involved behind the scenes in building us a beautiful, attractive home! We love it!! And will refer Classic, PenTrust to our family and friends!!!

Our home was completed in Indigo Ranch filing 3 in 2006. We had Classic complete our basement in 2009, About a month ago my husband found a pretty big plumbing issue with the toilet in the basement. We called Jerry Richardson and explained it. No hesitation, Jerry said Classic would make it right. Quickly it was fixed… This screams CLASS ACT and “above & beyond” customer service.

We did our walk through prior to closing. Several items were noted and then fixed. After moving in we found some small items that needed to be fixed. We contacted Chase Anderson with Classic Homes. He was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He went over each item we needed addressed and quickly worked to correct these items such as a missed paint spot in the shower, paint/drywall repair in our front bedroom, gutters in 2 places that were dripping water forming ice spots on the steps. Classic has done a wonderful job with this new home and the followup with Mr Anderson has been spectacular.

My wife originally discovered Classic Homes at Sanctuary Pointe and in particular the Dynasty model home we now live in. Beyond the floor plan itself, what attracted her then me were the spacious windows on the backside of the home to view the outdoors. As it turned out we have a beautiful greenspace behind our home at Flying Horse and the views are spectacular! Definitely the right model home in the perfect location!

We both fully agree that the entire experience from initial sales through construction was an emotional and fun experience and we will always smile as we look back and remember! Diane Sullivan was our first contact in the sales office and she led us through the whole sales adventure with both a professional and personal touch mixed together. It took time with meetings, calls and emails but it was actually fun! Diane is further supported by Tina and Christian (the weekly photo guy) and there was never a time when questions whet unanswered for more than a day, usually within a few hours. This aspect of great communication is part of everyone we worked with!

On the construction side we initially started with Jamie as our Construction Manager who then handed off to John about 1/2 way through. What we especially liked were the weekly calls to give us updates on progress and what to expect the coming week. Every Monday like clockwork! This along with Christian’s progress photos kept us fully up to speed! Our realtor who sold our prior home said she had never seen this type of attention from a new home building company before! John carried the construction through the majority of the actual build and detail work. He always took the time to explain the many facets of our home, what was happening and what to look for in terms of quality. His expectations were high and he expected the same from the many trades involved. For us this was a lot to take in over many months but we always felt confident that the final product, our house, was going to be built the right way!

We have been in our home for about 3 months now and are so very happy! Did we have bumps along the way? Sure, there were a few here and there but they always got resolved quickly! This is a further sign of great customer service which we all like to have. Our sincere thanks again to Diane, Tine, Christian, Jamie and John!
