Due to our present schedule, our next available appointment for service is two (2) to three (3) weeks out. If it is an emergency or an appointment opens up earlier, we will schedule you sooner.
A member of our Customer Service Team will respond to schedule an appointment for service within (4) four business days once received. Due to research that may be needed, requests for information may require a longer response time. During periods of extreme weather, our response may take up to (6) six business days.
We will continue to promptly respond to emergency issues, defined as:
- No heat
- No water
- No power
- Water leaks that require shutting off the water to the entire home
- Security issues, such as an exterior door that fails to function
